Sales and returns

Sales on collars are final.  Build work will not begin until you have been contacted by a shop owner.  Build time will be added on and is not negotiable.  Your finalized estimate will contain full build time.

Sales on mass produced goods have a 30 day return window.  You are responsible for return shipping and will not be refunded shipping costs.

​Returns are at the will of the shop owner.  Custom items like collars are not returnable.

Warranty information

Our products come with a lifetime warranty repair.

What this means is if in normal use of our products (wearing them as a fashion piece or for light play) any stitching comes undone or any rivets pop, just contact us and pay for shipping and we will repair them free of charge.

We are unable to warranty product where it is clear that it has not been properly maintained or has been used in a fashion that it is unintended for (your daddy trying to choke you using his full strength).  Our products are 100% genuine leather, meaning that if properly taken care of with leather conditioner and saddle soap, they will last a lifetime.

If you have questions if something you bought from us qualifies for warranty, please reach out and include photos.  Myself or Reiliana will get back to you on if the damage is too much, causing the product to fall outside of our warranty terms.
